  • Business hours between 6:00am-6:00pm (either GMT+8 or GMT+10) on any business day, excluding Australian Public Holidays and weekends.

After hours is defined as:

  • the hours between 6:00pm-6:00am (either GMT+8 or GMT+10)
  • Public Holidays and weekends.

After hours priority 1 and 2 call outs will be managed through the PM Eleven managed mobile number with appropriate escalations.  Support during after-hours must be routed via:

  • PM Eleven managed phone number – 1800 PMEEAM (1800 763 326)

The support team will acknowledge receipt of the incident.
