After hours is defined as:
- the hours between 6:00pm-6:00am (either GMT+8 or GMT+10)
- Public Holidays and weekends.
After hours priority 1 and 2 call outs will be managed through the PM Eleven managed mobile number with appropriate escalations. Support during after-hours must be routed via:

The support team will acknowledge receipt of the incident.
